Very lovely staff, they would go the extra mile to help, I lost one of my airpod after checking out and the lovely Anne and other staffs went all out to find it for me. The hotel is right in the centre which is very convenient.

We had a great week in Nantes and a wonderful stay. We had a minor incident that damaged the apartment (the wine spilled and stained the ceiling).
