We spent a great week in Nice at this apartment. It’s spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good location — you can walk to the city center along the beautiful promenade or take the tram, with a stop close to the apartment. Big thanks to Aziza and her husband for their warm hospitality. They even offered us a cheaper and more convenient transfer from the airport, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

Safe neighbourhood, fantastic location and such an easy process of checking in and out. The apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy. The view from the balcony was unbeatable, absolutely loved it!

The apartment is complete. There is everything you (+ 1) need for stay for a week or more. The proximity to the beach (only 170 m / 0.10 mile) is the highlight of the rental. There is a Boulangerie (Bakery) and a Carrefour on the corner, and a lot of supermarkets and restaurants on Av. de la Californie / Promenade des Anglais. We definitely stay here again. I just would like to suggest to the apartment administrators that you leave a parasol or sunshade or umbrella, available to guests in the summer. It would be nice
