Location is great, close to the beach and you can easily walk to the old town along the scenic Promenade des Anglais. There are shops, cafes and restaurants in front of the building. The apartment is equipped with all that you need. It is very clean. Great value for the money.

Safe neighbourhood, fantastic location and such an easy process of checking in and out. The apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy. The view from the balcony was unbeatable, absolutely loved it!

Host was very kind.
We didn't get to the appropriate hour for the check in because of a delay caused by a vegetation fire.Not only he offered to wait for us until 00:00, he offered to give us a full refund as we didn't make it(got to Nice eventually at around 4AM).
Would book again!
