The Hotel staff were fantastic - we made 2 requests with our booking and both were seen to. Check in was fast, the room was spacious, very clean and well kept. The windows all opened providing fresh air. Tea and coffee facilities, plenty of towels and all the cooking utensils were clean. 200m from the Tram - loads of bars and restaurants close by. Should I return to Nice I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Everything was perfect. Modern design, comfortable beds, everything what you need if you want to prepare some food. Location is perfect: in one of the trendy bar street. Access was convenient: we got codes which allowed us to enter the room. I wish to stay there our next visit

I highly recommend this apartment. The apartment has been beautifully renovated. The location is prime. Right at the old port. View on the water in the morning is stunning! Just a few minutes walk to the Promenade des Anglais. Communication with Mathias was perfect! He was very flexible with check in and check out since our flights were very late in and out of Nice. He and his wife welcomed us at midnight to explain and show everything.

Can’t fault this property! It was fabulous - clean, modern, good location, a view, and air con. Lovely host (Sarah) with great communication and easy check in and check out process. Would strongly recommend!

Everything was great! We arrived at 9:00 and they gave us early check in for free :) Lady on the breakfast was very kind and super helpful. Just little suggestions about the towels and blankets, they need to be renewed

Room was larger than usual for same price point, new and modern with an elegant touch: big colorful curtains, high ceiling, complimentary coffee and cups. Free water fountains are in each floor. Location is stunning, immersed in the Mediterranean green "macchia", it is in front of the sea, above the sea level, resulting in a mesmerizing view from the terrace, where you can enjoy a tasty breakfast.
