absolutely everything. there are key things you need when you travel- comfy bed. a good pillow. good location. spacious. parking. but to make it an exceptional stay, the little things need to be right too. great towels. quality tissues and toilet paper. quality amenities. and when it’s a B&B , the breakfast and hosts can complete the package.

Very nice and friendly host, the old mill has a lot of charme, the noise of the water is very relaxing, the rooms are big brand new and very clean, it is a perfect spot to relax would stay there at any time again!

We are a family of four with two little boys (age 4 and 2) and a cat. We stayed for 20 days and we really loved it.
The place is as described. Very nicely arranged and conveniently equipped with all you need. We found it very clean.
Despite being a bit small for a family of four, the private garden was great for our little ones to play.
Very quiet as it is far enough from the road.
Friendly neighbours. Bus stop super close takes you to the city center and other areas of Toulouse. Bus service is good even on weekends you don’t need to wait a long time for the bus.
The host is really responsive and very helpful when you have a doubt or need some support.
