Cute place, great quality/price ratio. I would recommend it for shorter stays. The manager is really nice, we forgot an item and when we returned after a few days to collect it, he came all the way just for us. Quick tip, we would really recommend getting your breakfast pastries from the nearby bakery called Cyprien. They are the best croissants we've ever had (and we have ample experience in this subject..!!)

This is an excellent place in the newly reinvigorated Cartoucherie quarter. I’ve recently stayed here twice - it was convenient for the rugby stadium. It is a first rate apartment for any purpose. Very comfortable, all mod cons. The owners are excellent - very friendly and available. I would definitely come back here when returning to Toulouse. Highly recommended.

The hotel is just a 5- mins walk away from the tram station and metro station. As we had to go to the conference center MEET outside Toulouse, the hotel was the perfect choice, as we had a direct tram to go there. You can also easily walk to the city center within 20 mins. Staff is very friendly. The rooms have a decent size and offer everything you need.

Arrived late at night very tired after travelling from England (Air France lost my checked bag). Found street parking after one loop of the block, street is narrow and busy. All text/email communication was in French and i knew reception would be closed, luckily a very nice English female helped me access the building and get my key. Theres a tag on the keyring that looks like it maybe for the garage but its not. Repostioned car into parking lot after another driver opened the gate but found out in the morning its not free so parked on street for 2nd night. My bag arrived at reception the next day and i was surprised to see it sitting there unattended or secured. Appartment itself was very nice and i found a pizza restaurant in walking distance. Only a few places to eat and because its winter most are closed. Grocery store also nearby. Loved seeing the horses training in the morning.

We spent two nights here and everything was just as advertised. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The self check-in and check-out process made things super convenient. The location was perfect for us as we had bikes and used them throughout the city (which is very bike-friendly city) With the same key card, we had access to a secure bike parking area behind the building and car parking was also available for a reasonable daily fee. The room was spacious enough for our short stay, and having a small kitchen was a great bonus.
