Location was amazing. Couldn't be closer to centre of city. Amazing facilities. Great to have the second bathroom. Layout very good. Building felt secure and was easy to access. As an overseas' traveller, really appreciated iPlayer being signed in. Laundry facilities very welcome. Key pick up very easy.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Every staff member (especially Pavlo who is from Ukraine too and works on the reception) I encountered, from the valet to the check-in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will stay here again

The hotel is really excellent. The bedroom was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. The shower the best we had on our month long tour of Britain. Really appreciated the ev chargers. I would travel out of my way to stay here again.

The staff at Hort's are fabulous, they go out of the way to make you comfortable and welcome. Special thanks to Chris, the evening manager, who was not only excellent but fun. Beautiful decor and comfortable beds. Felt at home.

Tracey is an excellent host, welcoming, friendly and willing to offer any help needed for a memorable stay in Bristol. The whole place is spotlessly clean spacious and luminous. Great variety for continental breakfast: different types of yoghourt, bread, cereals, fruits and even milk! Within walking distance to the city centre. She seems to attract similar personalities as guests; in the in the 4 mornings we had breakfast there, we met other travellers with lovely outgoing and respectful character. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the facilities pleasant. I made a mistake with my booking and stay, but all the staff were incredibly understanding and helpful. The Lido is a great place to stay and explore Bristol.

With lovely views over the harbour of Bristol, this is a beautifully designed apartment. Comfy beds and pillows. The kitchen is fully-equiped. Everything was spotlessly clean and felt fresh and new. The owner obviously takes pride in the apartment and the comfort of his guests. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommended.
