This is my first choice to stay whenever I visit my nephew in Bristol: great rooms, excellent service , superb location, lovely ambiance and atmosphere, incredible views whether over the park or the cityscape. This time it snowed during the first night of my stay so I ended up getting tanning “before and after” photos of the lovely views from the room

The room and facilities were excellent. Well appointed with a lovely breakfast provided. Minutes from the airport so perfect for those early flights! Ben was extremely welcoming and very cheerful for the early transfer :)

The host was helpful with any questions and very friendly! Very easy to reach on Whatsapp and quick with responding. The Breakfast area was accessible all the time. There were 2 kitchens. The rooms were clean and nothing was disturbing during nighttime.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the facilities pleasant. I made a mistake with my booking and stay, but all the staff were incredibly understanding and helpful. The Lido is a great place to stay and explore Bristol.
