The whole staff at the hotel is very nice . It has been over 10 years since I know this hotel. Whenever I come to London, I always want to stay here. I came to the restaurant for breakfast, I recognized Estelita , I told her that happy to see that you still work here . For me if staff works long time at the hotel meaning they are happy there. All the staffs are very nice and hand on to help. I love the hospitality culture at this hotel. This time I invited my kids to spend some times with me there and they also enjoyed very much .

The Black Lion Pub & Boutique Guesthouse is a perfect little hotel in Kilburn, West Hampton, north-west London. The hospitality was generous and personal and helpful whatever we asked for. To begin with we experienced the neighbourhood as a bit rough, but during our five days stay we became convinced that we could move safely around the clock. Includning a bus stop outside the door, London Overground 200 meters away, and London Underground a 5 minute walk away, we could not ask for any better communications.

Staff is very responsible, all requests were taking care promptly. Newly equipped flat, everything is fabulous, clean & pleasant. Perfect location, British Museum 10 minutes only by walking, Russell Square Tube Station within 2 minutes, so as supermarket. Via Metro, all attractions of London can be accessed within 20 minutes. Will be the best choice for next stay in London.
