Great location, newly renovated hotel, rooms were small but comfortable, especially the bathroom was very convenient. Check in and out process very quick, the caffe at the ground floor offers specialty coffee and nice pastries. Staff very friendly. Overall nice experience, will visit again definitely.

Perfect location, with amazing food and shopping right outside the door. Comfortable- well-stocked- immaculately clean. Lovely decor. Highly walkable area. You’ll be in the center of the best part of London, and the tube station is steps away, with a direct line to Heathrow. Rio is remarkable. He is so helpful, responsive, and welcoming. Our train was cancelled and the accommodation we stayed in didn't have availability to extend for another night, so we found Layla's apartment in Covent Garden. One thing that I regret - is not booking the whole vacation with her. The place is spotless, it was probably the cleanest place I've ever stayed. Layla was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier, with no extra cost, as well as to leave the luggage until 3 pm. Compared to the flat we stayed, this apartment offers great value - taking into consideration the location and amenities.
