We stayed for 2 nights. The flat is well equipped and clean. Heaters work fine, and furniture is comfortable.
There were plenty of parking spaces in the nearby streets.
Teresa (the host) is extremely helpful. It felt like an Air bnb experience. She messaged me with detailed check-in information, and she provided us with a baby chair for our child.
The area is nice and quiet and there is a big supermarket across the road.

Everything is according to the pictures. Host let us use the kitchen, although this was not specified in the listing (as far as I could see). This ended up saving us a lot of money, as there is an Aldi nearby, and a Sainsbury's at the nearest train station.
The listing is in a calm area with a park nearby, and the train connection is as practical as can be. Ladywell is the most practical train station, with a nice 10-12 min walk through the park leading to the property.
The hostwas very welcoming and accommodating, and offered advice on things local, as well as getting into the city.
Would stay again!

The apartment was beautiful – clean, stylish, and felt like the kind of place I'd want as my own! The instructions provided made check-in super easy and stress-free. Great location too – peaceful and well connected. Also, I appreciated the quirky decor with the anime figurines, the smart lights to set the mood, the projector, and everything! Sad I didn't book for longer to be honest, but definitely one to book again later in the summer!

Apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. Bibi is super friendly and kind. We felt very welcome and almost at home. Location is one hour from centre of the city with very good public transport. If we visit London again we will be glad to stay there.

Impressive service levels. Most welcoming and helpful, couldn't do enough to make sure you enjoyed your stay.
The apartment was warm and clean with everything you require for your stay.
Overall I found my stay an excellent experience and great value for money.

Location was perfect for us visiting family in the area. Having a bit of outside space in the hot weather was a real bonus as well. Would definitely book again.
The Clarendon overlooks historic Blackheath and Greenwich Park as well as views of London and offers a village atmosphere just 15 minutes' from central London by train.
