Maria did her best to make us feel at home. The service and the attitude towards us exceeded all our expectations. Besides the location is perfect: almost everything you may want to see in Tbilisi is in walking distance, but at the same time the neighborhood is rather quiet. The breakfast was more than decent too: sausages, bread, cheese, boiled eggs, fresh vegetables, gingerbread and hot drinks. I highly recommend this little hotel to everyone who’s looking for good value for money.

it’s not as luxurious as it seemed, but the location is amazing. it’s near the metro, mcdo and most specially the famous donuts. there are many options and near to everything. secondly, the owners are friendly and approachable. they maintained place and very clean. it’s comfortable to stay and most specially, it’s safe.
