We stayed one night in the hotel. The hotel is very good, calm, family room is so big, 2 big beds, with a super nice balcony. Hotel is new and clean. Staff is super friendly.

The owner lady was very nice and welcoming and even gave us some washing powder since we didn’t have any. The building is in a residential local area Soviet style, so if you want to stay in Tbilisi like an ordinary local it’s for you! The flat was very basic but we had everything we needed, even a balcony, and it was clean. We felt very safe, and the bus communication with the center is very good. The metro station is nearby too. There is a supermarket nearby and a khachapuri/lobiani/bread place on the way to the bus stop so we had fresh Georgian style breakfast in the morning. Totally recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, and the living area is impressively large. The whole place has been recently renovated, giving it a fresh and modern feel. One of my favorite features was the huge terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
The landlord is incredibly kind and helpful—anything you need, she provides right away. Another bonus is the large 24/7 supermarket located just downstairs, which is very convenient.
The only minor drawback is that it’s about 6 km from the old town, but that wasn’t a big issue for me. Overall, a great place to stay and highly recommended!

The apartment is well-designed , clean, warm, and in a good region of the city near the big market. Simultaneously, it is not so far to get to the city center. The room has good condition for cooking, new dishes and a very good dish cleaner and washing machine.
