I had a wonderful stay at this family hotel, and loved it so much that I booked it again when I went back to Tbilisi. Davit is an excellent host who is extremely responsive on WhatsApp. The room is perfect and offers the best value for value out of anywhere I’ve seen in Old Tbilisi. And the breakfast is fantastic. Highly recommend!

Staff were amazing!!!! They allowed me late checkout when my suitcase brok just as I needed to leave for the airport and needed to rush to mall to buy a new one. They assured me that it was fine to keep the room whilst I was panicking and allowed me to stay and shower as they could see I was rather flustered!

The host was great and so helpful. Everything was perfect. He answered all the questions during our stay and did his best to be helpful. The room was clean and organized. The apartment was in the heart of Tbilisi, we even did not use any taxi to go to places. We walked everywhere.

stayed here twice. And the 2 nd time was even better. The staff were extremely nice and helpful . The small fixes the room need I have noticed the first time I was there where all fixed. The place obviously is working hard to keep the facility in good shape
