A perfect place to stay in Tblisi. Everything is on walking distance. Place is warm and beautiful. The best thing about the place is the Host. Such welcoming and availaible everytime if we need anything. Probably one the best guest experience for us. The value for money for this place is excellent.

One of the most amazing hotels we have ever stayed in! The staff and service are exceptional and assisted in whatever we asked. The hotel and room combine historic design with most modern facilities. Location is best in Tbilisi...the street with all the restaurants is just at the doorstep of the hotel. Exceptional level of cleanliness and comfort. This was our first ever hostel stay and Brendon was really helpful and kind. The facilities are super clean and is walkable from most tourist spots in old Tbilisi. Brendon was also kind enough to lend us a metro card that we used during our stay. Definitely recommend staying here!

The hostess Elena is a wonderful person, and very attentive for every query I had for taxi app, exchange money, transportation, and recommendation of great restaurants. The apartment has all facilities that we need, such as comfy beds, clean washroom, iron, hairdryer, microwave, and washing machine. There is a balcony to hang clothes and chill out for a beer after sunset. The location is unbeatable and it is right in the city centre, and you can access everywhere in short distance. Elena is a gracious hostess, and made all of us feel vey welcome and warm. I can´t wait to visit Georgia again and stay at this apartment again, and again.

Natalia was an excellent host and was very helpful in looking after the needs of our whole group! She provided a selection of artisan wines for tasting on the terrace, on advanced request, but they do also have a good wine selection as standard. The rooms were great for the price point, beds were comfy and everything was very clean. The view from the terrace is perfect!
