They value their customers. Staff was very helpful, friendly and happy from reception to breakfast everyone. Super cosy hotel in a picturesque location with stunning views over the bay. We stayed for only 3 nights but immediately felt at home. This is not a big resort but a family-run hotel where guests tend to return year after year - and I understand why! The photos show exactly what this hotel looks like. Very nice pool and bar/breakfast area. Our room had its own terrace and a little kitchenette also. All over the premises there are cute garden hideouts with benches or chairs to relax in. There’s a pool table and a small gym which our family enjoyed. Breakfast was really nice with different jams and pastries every day. The restaurant offers nice home cooked meals for dinner, we ate one night in and the rest of the nights in Elounda, where there are really nice restaurants. During the day we also rented a boat which was fantastic. Overall a fabulous stay, we did not know anything about Elounda before our trip and but booked the hotel based on reviews and photos. We were not disappointed! And we will for sure recommend Elounda Heights and hope to return again! Thank you Ritsa & co for this lovely visit!
