Tomas our host was very kind and welcoming. Especially because we arrived late in the evening and hè was very understanding. The apartment is modern, clean, comfortable and in a good location.It has everything you need. It is just like the photos. We had a car that we parked in front of the apartment and that we drove to the metro station Agios Marina (about 5/6 km from Phoenix gardens) parked in the parking lot and then took the metro into the city centre. Easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Athens. Thank you Tomas.

Great location Many of restaurants and bars around

This was not a planned stay as my partner was admitted to Attikon Hospital while we on holiday and it is the only accommodation nearby. The staff here are absolutely amazing, so friendly and willing to help with any requests I made (which were many) and were very much appreciated. The hotel is old and lacking TLC but everything worked well and I was grateful for the fridge, balcony and a comfortable bed. I have so far spent a week here in total so I feel quite settled even with its little quirks. Cafe next door, Lidl a 2 min walk away and drinks/snacks available at reception, so you couldn’t ask for anything better.

Immaculate and comfortable with really lovely spaces to relax and eat breakfast indoors or outdoors. Perfect central location. Amazing staff made our stay extra special. Will definitely stay here again when in Athens.
