We’ve enjoyed absolutely everything about this hotel. It is absolutely stunningly designed, lots of marble with modern elements while incorporating the antique ruins the hotel stands on and that you can view through glass. The staff is going the extra mile for everything, everyone is friendly and helpful, we got amazing restaurant recommendations from our receptionist Dimitra, and the service at breakfast and in the rooftop bar is exceptional and fast. We absolutely loved the view of Acropolis from the beautifully designed rooftop terrace that is also used for breakfast. Breakfast itself was delicious with so much variance from Greek specialty breads and cakes to yoghurt, eggs, fresh fruit etc etc, it was the perfect start to the day. We also loved the location since you can just walk to the major sites in a few mins while being a bit out of the major tourist area in terms of noise and mess of people. We found great food within walking distance, beautiful orange trees everywhere and felt very safe. The rooms and hotel itself were exceptionally clean and well organized, the room was lovely, the beds super comfortable, and we loved the bath products and ordered them from the shop to use at home. We truly couldn’t be any happier with our experience with the niche hotel and are recommending to anyone ever going to Athens ☀️

The hotel is perfect. Excellent location. You can even see the Acropolis from the terrace. In the room, I was welcomed with a bottle of a great Greek red wine and a complimentary minibar. The breakfasts were varied and of a very high standard. The best thing about the hotel is the kind staff. They always parked my car, taught me a few Greek phrases, gave me various recommendations regarding visits to Greek attractions and beaches. Most importantly, however, they allowed me a late check-out by two hours, completely free of charge. Excellent service. All praise. I have not enjoyed a hotel stay like this in a long time. 👍🙏👏

The place looked exactly as advertised. Great location for public transport and also easy to walk to the acropolis and surrounding sites. Great view on the balcony and lots of space in the apartment. Lovely restaurants close by and local bakeries, as well as a well priced supermarket a stones throw away. Maria communicated well and was very helpful.

The location of the place is very favorable to usethe metro orthe tram. It has an amazing relaxing view of Acropolis. The house was very clean and warm and comfortable. Due to my travel schedule I wasn't able to meet the host but he had made everything so easy to get the key and for me to be comfortable in the house. Thank you Mario :)

Lovely building, entrance and apartment. Fully equipped and very comfortable. The property is located on a main road, close to all amenities and a few minutes walk to the metro. The host Christina was lovely and very helpful.
