the host was very friendly and helpful from the moment we did the reservation excellent place, wonderful views the room had everything, fully equipped kitchen it was very cold outside but nice and warm inside it is 3 minutes to the lake, and the city center (by car) and u cant beat that open view of the mountains in the morning

We arrived earlier than we stated, as our room was not ready, we left the car in the parking lot and visited the Perama cave. When we returned, they welcomed us and accommodated us. They explained to us where we could eat and walk. Everything was very good.

Such a nice stay! The room is very comfortable, fully equipped, great wifi connection. We were greeted by the host who was very welcoming and nice, even provided complimentary cold water bottles (a very nice touch)! Would definitely recommend for a stay in Ioannina.

We arrived very late at the location and the owner was easy to get in contact with and was very friendly. Even though she speaks limited english we had no problem checking in. She was very helpful. Parking was right outside the house. The room was big and spacious. It was a good shower and there were basic toiletries. The room was warm and comfortable. There was a fridge in our room. It was easy to check out. We would stay again and highly recommend this place.
