I have never met a more kind and helpful staff in my life. This is our second year staying with Stella and we will keep coming back, mostly because of the staff. In addition the rooms are beautiful and clean.

The staff - go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The food - absolutely amazing and I know my food. The hotel is very modern and finished to a high standard. Was so sad leaving this hotel.

On our 12 night tour across Crete we spent 2 nights at Stella Blue to explore the Heraklion area. It's a very nice 4* hotel, everything is as described in the advertisment, the room is spacious and comfortable. The staff is very attentive at the guest's satisfaction, the food meets the 4* category. If you are looking for a place to relax, eat and drink it's the right place for you, very good value for money and we will gladly return. I would recommend it for couples and groups of friends.

We had a wonderful stay – perfect for a few days of luxury. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and attentive, and everything worked smoothly from check-in to check-out. We booked the all-inclusive option and were very happy with both the food and the drinks. Our suite was advertised with a sea view. While the room was lovely, the sea is quite far from the hotel, so the view was limited. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and can highly recommend the hotel for shorter stays.

The amazing owner of the property, the friendly personnel, the cleanliness and the comfort of the room. Everything in the room is of good quality and functional 100%. The location is really good, plenty of this to choose from and near to every place, beach, city you wanna visit.

Everything! The property was a great little home away from home and perfect for a summer beach holiday, with the beach a short 5 minute walk away. The fact that the suite was on the ground floor only added to the beach holiday mood and made it very convenient to flop in and out. The suite is located in a quiet little nook off from a small square surrounded by many restaurants, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, and a convenient little supermarket, so despite foot traffic being close by, it still feels very private, peaceful and very safe. The suite is newly refurbished, and very beautifully so. It feels thoroughly luxurious, down to the glass gate opening into the patio/terrace. The suite comes with all the modern mod-cons one could ever need at a holiday getaway - a comfortable bed, air-conditioning, WiFi, clean luxurious bathroom, hairdryer, plus many more extras that make it such a treat: complete kitchen for preparing full meals (if you want, as I did), coffee machine, home made olive oil from the host’s own grove, salt, pepper, washing machine, a clothes horse, even a little safe for valuables. Ceiling-to-floor clear sliding doors make the most of bright sunny days, but day curtains and blackout curtains are also available to protect privacy. Parking was also easily available, although I didn’t have any use for it this time as I didn’t think a car was needed for lounging on the beach. The host was excellent, taking pains to get me a few extras in terms of food I asked for to tide me through the night, since I was arriving quite late in the night, and certainly after shops had closed. On the day of checkout, they also further facilitated my hastily-cobbled-together departure plans, even dropping me off at a bus stop to save me a walk in the sweltering midday sun. it was very kind of them, and they definitely went above and beyond to make my stay so enjoyable and memorable. The accommodation is just 150 meters from the sea, and you can enjoy a clear view thanks to the open, ploughed field in front. The apartment is on the first floor with two bedrooms, both featuring double beds, plus a sofa in the living room which is a bit less comfortable. From the living room you step out onto a large terrace of about 20 square meters with a beautiful sea view where you can even hear the gentle sound of the waves. The living room has a TV with Netflix and YouTube access (Disney+ didn’t work, probably because the TV doesn’t support it). The kitchen is moderately equipped but has all the essentials: a fridge with freezer, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, dishwasher and stove. There are two bathrooms, each with a small shower, and there is also a washing machine. Everything was clean. There’s an outdoor tap by the gate which is handy for washing sand off your feet. Restaurants and shops are only a few steps away, and there’s a Lidl about 4 km away. Renting a car is recommended — you can park right in front of the apartment and easily visit more distant beaches. (The beaches in Analipsi aren’t the best for small children, as they get deep quite quickly.) In the storage room you’ll find several sun umbrellas, a children’s sand play set, and a safe. There’s also an ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. As for sunbeds, we found prices ranging between €12 and €30 in the area, with Analipsi beach charging about €12
