We were in Napflio during Greek Easter and the owner and the staff of the hotel made our experience so magical. They kindly explained the Greek Easter traditions and gave us candles so we could participate in the candle lighting ceremony after midnight on Easter Sunday. They also gave us red painted Easter eggs and special Tsoureki bread. Thank you! It was really appreciated!
The hotel is a really beautiful historic building outside and nicely renovated inside. It has both old charm and modern amenities.
The location of the hotel was really convenient and also quiet at night. My balcony was looking out onto a nice small square. We really enjoyed having a quick drink there before dinner. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

We were greeted by the most helpful gentleman, Taki, who checked us in, and let us park our car out front in order to unload our bags easily. He made sure we were happy with our rooms before settling us in, and even tried to relocate our kids to the same floor as us (hotel was sold out so not possible but ok as our kids are old enough). He had to carry our heavy bags up the stairs and didn't complain once. The hotel is located very central in old town Nafplio but at the quiet end of the area so the busy night time activity doesn't bother you, It is also two minutes walk to the waterfront so very convenient. The daily included breakfast was excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We loved this little hotel. So comfortable and in the center of everything but tucked away down one of the quieter streets. Extremely comfortable beds and sheets. Air conditioning worked well. TVs hidden behind mirrors was a cool trick that fascinated the kids, and thank you for Netflix. Overall just extremely charming and the coziest little retreat right in the middle of the old town.

Aetoma has character and soul. Located in the prettiest square in the Old Town, run by a dedicated family with a lot of heart and love, it is a perfect place to stay in and discover Napflio.. and you can start your day with a hearty breakfast - probably one of the best in Greece - prepared by the wonderful landlady who was born in the mansion. Akis, the young generation of the family managing the hotel leaves no question unanswered in a most friendly and professional way.

Our stay was wonderful, the staff is super kind and helpful and when we had trouble with our AC, they were quick to offer us another (larger) room. We ended up working out a fix almost immediately and kept our room because we loved our little balcony and view
