- very professional, kind and helpful team
- strategically very good location (on the main street, between the old town and beach, it takes minutes to go anywhere you want)
- cozy, comfortable, stylish & modern rooms
Hotel is very centrally located, on a busy street with loads of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. It is normal that until certain time it is noisy outside. To me this was absolutely ok and even fun (+ you can always close the window and there will be no noise at all) but I think it is good to know and pay attention when selecting a room, if silence is an important factor.

Beautifully designed exterior. Our room was stunning, but see negative. Wonderful breakfast. Superb location, with an amazingly cheerful coffee place "Pirate Deli" diagonally opposite the hotel. About 15 minute walk to the excellent city beach which stretches for kilometres. Special thanks to Anna and Despina!

Very central, it is located in a quiet picturesque corner near the mosque, just a short walk to anywhere you need to go in the city. It was spotless clean and new, with charming aesthetic and lots of natural light. I especially enjoyed the view from the terrace, looking towards the castle. The people working there are really kind, welcoming and helpful. The price was very good (I visited in March), especially considering the space and comfort. I definitely would recommend.

Amazing hotel, looks even better in real life than in the pictures :). It was cosier than we expected. We visited offseason (couple of days around New Year's Eve) and the room was warm, the bath in the living area was a great addition - very cosy and romantic. Delicious Greek breakfast every day. Staff was very attentive. Two minutes from the seaside. If we would visit Rhetymno again, this would be definitely our pick.

One of the nicest places I have stayed in. Room was huge, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a big balcony area with a jacuzzi that looks out onto this sea. Staff were very friendly too. Beach is only a short walk away and beside the old town. Would stay here again.
