Everything was perfect. The room was clean and very well equipped. The staff was very professionally, super well trained and kind. Breakfast was very tasty. The gym has everything you meed for a good workout session. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to public transportation and numerous shopping possibilities. Highly recommend this little gem.

This is an excellent hotel. I travel all over the world at least 6 months of the year. For the price range this hotel exceeded my expectations on every level. Big clean well equipped room and bathroom. Efficient friendly staff. Great location. Metro station across the road. Lots of cafés, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. No breakfast but several cafés nearby with excellent breakfast options. My advice is book it!

Pretty good size room for a place in Hong Kong!!! I stayed for 7 days. Room had closet space, mini fridge and access to cable tv. Location is great, we took the cityflyer bus A11 from the airport to Wan Chai fire station and walked about 10 mins to the hotel. Lots of malls, food, and currency exchangers in the area. The staff were so amazing. They were very kind and helpful. Lent us a wall charger. Also used their luggage storage while away in Macau and china (complimentary!). Loved the breakfast voucher during our stay. The restaurant for breakfast has set menu of 4 choices so it may get boring fast if you stay longer but it was fantastic quality! So many elevators at this hotel and they were pretty quick. I will come back when I'm in HK again.

Location is great! Our room was upgraded, and it was wonderful! Curtains open on electricity button. We had two bathrooms and a reception area. It was amazing! Breakfast had a good variety. Location was great. a few-minute walk from Times Square. Supermarkets and restaurants around. We had access to the Club 28 lounge, which was also great. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon.

It was exactly as described! Small room to be expected but there was still some room left over to place my suitcase and move around. The staff were really lovely and there was a water cooler to get filtered water! Also my room had Netflix I could log in to and great facilities with a kettle!

Good location and friendly and accommodating staff. I accidentally booked a day earlier than I meant to and even though it says non refundable/modifications, they changed the dates for me without cost. Also arrived at 9am to store luggage before checking in at 2pm and was allowed to check in straight away/go to bed straight away !
