The staff were efficient and very responsive to all requests including booking of airport transfers, room service and storage of items etc. Despite being a peak period with ARTBASEL activities and the hotel was almost at full capacity - the hotel staff were able to response swiftly to all requests. We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel ICON—it was the last of three hotels we tried in Hong Kong, and hands down, the best sleep I had on the entire trip (fellow Oura users will appreciate: I hit an 87 score!) We stayed in one of the luxury rooms on a high floor with lounge access, and I highly recommend it. The room offered a stunning panoramic view of the city skyline, and taking a bath while watching the night lights of Hong Kong was a memorable experience—worth every cent. Although the hotel isn’t brand new, you can clearly see the dedication of the team to maintain a high standard across the board. With our booking, we had access to two breakfast options: one in the executive lounge (quieter and more exclusive), and the other in the Market buffet, which was more lively and crowded but absolutely worth visiting for the variety and vibe. Another great perk: check-out options. We had a late-night flight, and being able to stay and relax after checking out in the lounge and pool zones, made a huge difference in our travel comfort. If you're looking for a mix of luxury, service, and unbeatable views, Hotel ICON is a fantastic choice. We'd return in a heartbeat.
