Fantastic accommodation. We lived on the 21st floor. The room was beautiful and clean. We got water, toothbrushes and pastes and another drug store. Even though there was construction going on outside, it didn't bother us at all. There was a Metra station nearby, where you could travel practically everywhere. The cleaners were also nice and kind, and they beautifully cleaned our room every day.

The Ambience was the BEST!! We went during Christmas and they nailed the decorations, the music - everything! So much of the property to see, you almost do not want to blink. lol Gorgeous indoor pool, don't forget to also check out the changing rooms! In the morning, you'll see Mickey doing Tai Chi in the lobby. We had the view facing the 'park'/ hotel entrance. (can't actually see the park but you get a view of the momentous upwards of treetops)

The complimentary shuttle service to the MTR station and airport was a huge bonus, making my stay super efficient and value for money. I highly recommend staying at the Sheraton Hong Kong, Tung Chung Hotel over opting for smaller, overpriced rooms in the city center. The luxury, convenience, and exceptional service make it an unbeatable choice.
