Very helpful and pleasant staff. Location is great if you want a bit of peace while sill having the convenience of access to a train station. Very nice rooms, especially the size, given it is Hong Kong.

Location - it is close to the train station. I felt safe even though it is located in one of the poorest areas in HK. 24/7 reception even during the super strong typhoon. There is a museum downstairs 😍

The staff is very kind. When I asked about a room temperature , they put an extra blanket and heater in the room. There isn’t a laundry in the hotel. But the coin laundry is near the hotel.If you ask it at the reception desk, you can get a map.

The club rooms overlooking Victoria harbour have breathtaking views. The breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails and canapés were more than we needed. Staff couldn’t do enough for us and the limo from the airport started our stay perfectly. We spent 2 nights pre-cruise and cannot recommend the Kerry hotel strongly enough.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, spacious & well maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was also excellent, conveniently situated near to MRT. The location is great and cafes as well as public transport is just around the corner as is a supermarket. The room was spacious especially for Hong Kong and we loved having water kettle and fridge available in the room.

Every single thing in this hotel made with thoughts to state a clear perfection. I've booked the Grand Premier Peak View Room (Newly Renovated) on the 52F - just WOW. "HK Island is in your hands" this is my description for the room-view. The facilities are modern with a classic attitude & you can feel the same thing at every place you go around the hotel. A superb breakfast. Exceptional cleanness. Location - 1min walk to HK Park. The hotel connected to Pacific Place shopping centre. 8min walk to Admiralty MTR station. bottom line, with no surprises, this hotel worth his fare.
