The room was very spacious, the bathroom was excellent, the staff was very caring and pro-active. The location is not directly in the city center but next to the MTR that can easily bring you there or to any other station connected to other parts of Hong Kong. The breakfast was good too. Spa staff was caring.

Cleanliness, staff, location. It is convenient commuting from the airport to the hotel. I arrived at night, then took bus no. 46 for arrpox 55 min to the hotel, the bus stop is just in front of the hotel, so, you don't have to worry! on the way back, I took bus no. A41 directly to the airport. the hotel is connected with shopping mall, and MTR station, while you need to walk to get there, then, you can travel by train to other locations, so impressive for my first trip to Hong Kong. The hotel has good strategy in communicating with guests on what's going around the area e.g. some of construction noise which may occur during daytime from the park works nearby, which I see this as a very miner impact. At night, it is quiet, and I slept very well.

Enjoying direct access to New Town Plaza, Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong Sha Tin offers a free shuttle bus service to and from Shatin MTR Station.

We lived everything about the ICON Hotel. I travel regularly to Hong Kong on business and have stayed in hotels on the island twice the price and even then, the ICON Hotel in many ways was better. This hotel has a connecting bridge to Langham Place, is a short walking distance to Nathan Road (around 10mins walk) and the Sneaker Street (approx 500-600meters away from the hotel), and a very short drive to the Victoria Harbor. Lots of restaurants to choose from and convenience stores nearby. Close to the metro. We are a family of 8 and stayed for 4 days in this hotel. Since rooms were ready, we were allowed to check-in early and 2 of our rooms were upgraded! We also availed of the hotel's breakfast buffet at The Place and their room service. Absolutely love the food selections. Rooms are always clean and the room necessities were being replenished daily. Towels and sheets were also replaced daily. Comfy bed and pillows. We would like to commend the staff of Cordis for being exceptionally helpful and attentive to the needs of their guests. Special mention to Lillian at the hotel reception, who is extremely patient and kind, all the people of The Place, the welcome staff at the ground floor and the very professional housekeeping staff. Our stay at your hotel was indeed money and time well spent. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in HK.

Stunning views from 72nd floor, spacious bedroom and bathroom. To our huge surprise, we had our own bike in the room so it was super nice to do morning workout while looking at the skyscrapers.
