This hotel has something special 🙂. One of the best overall pleasent stay and expiriance i had. Maybe is just Hong Kong vibe, but somehow all about thisn hotel and stay was just perfect. Hotel location is 9/10 and very close to all you need, view from the partial harbor room is amazing, same as service in hotel. Will return back in Octobar.

What a fantastic hotel in the heart of lively Kowloon! We thoroughly enjoyed our two recent stays at the Mondrian. The rooms were in top shape and very well thought out, with excellent lighting and cutting-edge features, like the window and lighting controls. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the rainforest shower in the bathroom very relaxing. The splendid view of the harbor and skyline was an added plus on both occasions. Above all, we were impressed by the dedication, friendliness and personal approach of all the staff we dealt with; what a delight! In particular, the duty manager provided excellent advice and came up with a nice birthday surprise for my partner. We have travelled a lot and stayed at nice hotels all over the world, but we would rank the Hongkong Mondrian among the top.

Awesome location with beautiful views of Hong Kong. We are family of 5 and we got the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms room and it was perfect! The hotel is beautiful and clean, the staff are friendly and had provided us excellent services. We would like to stay at K11 ARTUS again when we visit HK next time.

We had an amazing time at Kowloon Shangri-la. It was a three-night stay for a farewell occasion as I was moving out of the country the day I checked out. I marked that on my reservation, and the hotel team really went the extra mile to make the stay special and memorable. They decorated my room with balloons, welcomed us with iconic Edward toys and handwriting cards, and took photos of my partner and me. Furthermore, they continued to surprise us with a bottle of Cava and chocolates and printed photos the night when we came back. The housekeeping team was also very attentive to details. Also the bed was very comfy. Thank you, Vivienne, Amber, Kammy, Molly and Jenny. I appreciate your efforts in making our stay beyond satisfying, and will definitely recommend it to our friends. Look forward to staying in Kowloon Shangri-la again.
