We loved the staff,they were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially Mr Paul Chan (Concierge Supervisor). From the moment we stepped in,Paul made us feel at home giving us good advice and being of service in English and Spanish. The room and the facilities were nice and comfortable. The location was also on point.
