Friendly owners, very nice and modern appartments in a picturesque neighbourhood. Although it seems a bit far from the old town, there is a very convinient bus line running all day every 15 minutes that takes rediculusly little time to reach the main gate. Free parking is also a plus.

The owners were very helpful with information and kind. We liked the shared summer kitchen and there were outdoor tables to relax. It was not in the old city, but about a 20 minute walk. We were happy we were there, as it was so quiet, nice gardens, birds singing, if you didn't want to walk to the old city, there was good bus transportation a couple of minutes walk. I would stay there again.

Very modern apartment, nicely decorated, equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Far enough from the old town crowds but close enough to visit everything worth seeing. Owner very nice and helpful. Plus is a small parking space. Tricky to park but not usually included in accommodation in Dubrovnik.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Ivka. The service was smooth. We met Ivana at the Hotel reception and see was very helpful and a nice person. I can't recommend hotel Ivka enough, clean, nice rooms, good breakfast and a good location!
