Beautiful hotel 5 minutes from old Town. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. I injoyed talking to Niksa every morning during breakfast. He was very helpful and informative.

The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed, The rooms are on the 3rd floor of a residential apartment block and very quiet. The shower was excellent, maid service as often as you wanted and some complementary drinks. We had number 2 with a balcony overlooking the garden . This gave us the opportunity to watch the tortoises. Anita the host was extremely helpful with her instructions and advice. We paid extra for breakfast at the Skalinada restaurant in the old town, it took about 10 minutes to walk along the marina and again it was faultless. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. We ate dinner there several times as we thought it so good.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, with easy access to both the city center and the beach—ideal for sightseeing. The apartment itself was beautiful, and we really enjoyed spending time on the terrace and relaxing by the pool. The owner was incredibly kind and friendly, even showing us around the city, which made our time in Split extra special. We’d absolutely love to come back again!

The host was very helpful, friendly and kind, salt of Earth. He had all the recommendations about sights, restaurants, everything. He could manage to check-in us earlier and helped with parking. The apartment was very clean and brand new. I was amazed with kitchen appliances and that the knife was sharp (which is rare!). The location is perfect and you can just go and see the city. Nearby there is a place with panoramic view on the city.

There was a kitchen, we could cook. All equiped, very clean and nice. A really nice place to stay with a view on the sea from the balcony. Not far at all from all activities and city center. Ante welcomed us with a big smile and lots of explanations for our stay. A can only recommend.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed including kitchen utensils. It also had a dishwasher ( we didn't need to use) and washing machine with a super quick cycle which we used a couple of times during our week there. Washing up sponges, tea towels and wash liquid for the washing machine were provided. There was also a large clothes airer to dry wet washing. Perfect! The bed was comfy. And the apartment was nicely decorated. The location was in the perfect part of town to feel ' authentic' surrounded by locals. The owners were extremely friendly and courteous. We did not see them much as we were very self sufficient but they are available by WhatsApp if needed during the stay and also live in part of the same building. Would definitely recommend this apartment!
