The neighborhood is very quiet and the location is very good. The room is very clean, very comfortable (the bed specially) and exceeded our expectations. The You can find the tourists attractions around 20 min away by walking. The host is very kind and helpful.

Great hotel always have nice surprise, so as we are frequently guests this time upreaded from Superior to Deluxe Sea View room. We really enjoyed coffe and drinks at balcony. Perfectly comfortable beds and linens. Begining of March is quite period, so not crowded hotel and planty of space in wellness.

Bel residence is a 15 minute stroll to Riva which is where all the tours I took started from, was able to save some money and enjoy walking through the town. I was out a lot but the staff were very friendly when I saw them. And they have these nice little sweets in the reception... The room was clean with a view of the pool and a terrace! I certainly didn't pay enough, I hope to come back again...
