It’s absolutely great experience based on service & cost. The hotel is very good starting from location and finishing with choice for the breakfast and comfortable beds.
The best is personal: you will be covered with attention from guys who meet you at the entrance and continuing with reception,
concierge, staff at the breakfast.
People are friendly, sincere , smiling, fast in any reaction (I get an answer regarding hairdressing booking from the concierge in 30 minutes after sending an email!)
Being a frequent traveler due to business and pleasure and staying in 4-5 hotels per month in different countries- sincerely recommend Esplanade to make your home during your stay in beautiful Zagreb

The best hotel we've ever stayed in! Congratulations to the cleaning staff, the entire team, and for the wonderful breakfast we enjoyed every day. The bed was very comfortable, it was quiet, and the space stayed warm at all times. Also, the location was excellent, as it took only a 15-minute walk to reach the city center. Great value for the price.
Well done, and keep up the amazing work!
Definitely my first choice when I come back to Zagreb.
