The staff that greeted us was very professional and helpful, highest praise to them. The hotel was spotless clean and very quiet (we requested a room facing the backyard which doesn’t have a view but offers absolute quiet for comfortable sleep). The bed was comfortable, with a soft mattress and the room had all the necessary things (including a coffee machine). Overall a great experience
