The room was very spacious and clean, facing the hills and greenaries. Breakfast was delicious with an excellent mix of western and local cuisines. The gym was clean with sufficient equipment. The staff are friendly and professional.

We had to find a driver to bring us from Bogor to Malabar via the Puncak Pass during the anual Indonesian holiday. We were very lucky to have great support here from Deina at the IBIS reception desk. She worked very hard to make it happen and it did work out well. Thanks again Deina, you're the best!!
At the entrance tasty juices are provided for free. We had an early breakfast that was excellent; quite Asia centered but with mouthwatering bubur! Kitchen went the extra mile to provide us with after dinner pineapple, which was actually not on the menu.
Another great asset is the location of the hotel right next to the Royal Gardens.
