Hospitality of staff and great location! Comfy bed - great mattresses, spacious room. With taxi or public transport everything is close, max 30 min and you need to know this is megalopolis! Hotel is near one of the main city streets that connects Kuta on north and Block M on the south. And you can stop over on the way to Grand Indonesia - biggest shopping mall.

It was a great experience.. wonderful hotel in all aspects.. Cleanliness, breakfast is very varied.. Room service.. the connection to the mall is a beautiful thing.. I can't believe what happened to me as I was surprised by a gift of a toy from housekeeping for my son and a message indicating their happiness with my presence..I've been touched by the kind gesture. about the breakfast, you will never be confused.. as they have all kinds of food.. Great hotel with incredibly nice and happy staff. Always a smile on your face. the rooms are a bit worn but very clean. If I go to Jakarta again, I will stay here again. A big plus is that the hotel is next to a shopping centre with a lot of good restaurants.

Very comfortable and lovely room. Lovely pool area. Amazing breakfast, buffet with everything you could ask for. Well located. Staff very helpful. Concierge and reception staff chased up with the airline on our behalf to source our baggage which went missing which was a great help.
