We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was immaculately clean, extremely comfortable, and beautifully maintained throughout our visit. All the staff members were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
The staff overall were truly brilliant — the real jewel of the place. I’m sure they are guided by a great leader, as the level of service and care was outstanding.
The breakfast buffet was truly the best I’ve ever had in my entire life — both in taste and variety. Every single item was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was a daily highlight of our stay, with something to satisfy every palate.

• Melany (Reception) – Exceptionally helpful and kind. We loved our room, and we truly appreciated her warm welcome and professionalism. She also recommended the perfect spot for breakfast within the hotel, which was a great start to our day.

The room was well-equipped for a business trip, with a washing machine, ironing board, and plenty of space. It was also spotlessly clean. The hotel restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the gym and pool facilities. The location is excellent, with easy access to malls, shops, and restaurants. The breakfast selection varied daily, and I thoroughly enjoyed it each morning!

Located in the center of jakarta. Many street vendors around so it's easy to find foods even in the middle of the night. There's also a cafe downstairs. Their coffee is very good and the ricebowls are tasty as well. The cafe is perfect for wfc. Will totally come back again;

The room - quite spacious considering I am travelling alone. Love that there is a water dispenser right in the room. I love the lighting too, I prefer brighter room as I get dizzy if room is too dimmed.
