Wowza!! everything from pool, Kubu beach, breakfast at Damar, properties. Blew our minds coming from a 3rd world country. We really enjoyed our stay at Ayana, we enjoyed the Rock Bar. We couldn't cover the 13x pools and 26 restaurants in the property (haha). But it was worth it. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The friendliness, kindness and helpfulness of the staff exceeded our expectations. We felt so at home and so welcome, that saying goodbye at the end of our stay was truly bittersweet. The staff (Chacha, Yuni, Jeff, Fina, and everyone else!) completely made this experience for us — and the atmosphere in the hotel was so fantastic because of this fantastic staff, they were beyond lovely, even by Balinese standards!
