I love traveling and stayed in many hotels, but this hotel was different from all of them. Very clean, very nice and very organized hotel. The staff are excellent. Great hotel close to the airport (~10 minutes drive), but absolutely no noise due to this and it is located in a quite area, on a small street outside the noisy main street, beach, mall and a lot of caffe, shops, warungs and money exchange within walking distance. Staff very helpful and nice, they give us the room earlier that the normal check in hour. Breakfast was incredibly good with a lot of options to choose from. They served 4 o’clock tea, but we were never at the hotel at that time to have it.

The staff at the Renaissance made our stay unforgettable! Beautiful property with spacious, modern private villas. The rooms were very modern and well designed with comfort furnishings and amenities. Very large kitchen with everything you need for cooking as well as large closets in the bedroom. The staff were very friendly and assisted us with everything even without asking. The hotel is close enough to the popular tourist areas while still feeling private and quiet.
