Staff was the best. The pool area was really nice. Its a party Hostel so is good to meet people. Location isn’t the best but for me was ideal being a bit outside the chaos of canggu and restaurants in the area were incredible.

The complex is gorgeous. You have 12 pools in different areas. There are a lot of restaurants, we've try Sami sami - the italian and it was amazing ( I visit Italy almost every year and the qualify of the food in this restaurant is impressive). Amazing view from the private beach of the complex ( during our stay the sea was little rough). Rimba has a beautiful garden, sky bridge, rooftop bar. Our room had a private little garden and no single mosquito. They've changed the towels twice a day, you have free water and 24 hour room service. If you want to be away from "the real Bali" you can receive a nice vacation, nice weather. You have free shuttle in the complex and can enjoy the Bali sunsets from the infinity pools. The breakfast is rich and you receive a complementary yogurts ;) The staff is absolutely top. Paul from the reception try to fixed with calmness and kindness our problem with booking.com and very patiently handle the situation. They are really doing their best!!

Kos One is the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in, it’s like a hotel (the only difference is that you have to share your room) but you don’t even notice that other people are there or at least that was my experience. Everything super clean, the beds super comfortable, the breakfast it’s really good you have a full menu where you can choose what to eat. The activities such as pool party amazing, there’s also a whatsapp group where you can connect with other people staying at the hotel with daily activities. Multiple days ate the restaurant and the food was delicious. Really, it felt like home, usually when I travel i try not to spend so much time at the hotel as I prefer to explore the city but this time I stayed a loooott of time at the pool as it was so comfortable, and the vibes were amazing, thank youuuu :)

Everything was great. Staff was helful and nice even though my husband English skills were not great, the staff was willing to help, efficient, friendly and professional. Food was yummy and the menu was different everyday. The place is perfect to rest and super close to the beach and cool places to visit, they even helped us with the bike rent. they have 3 pools, all of them are really nice and cold. Breakfast was exceptional, so many choices. Service was Great. Room was tidy and clean also more kudos for the decoration and small things in the room. Also, it is close to all the bars.
