JB Villas is central in Seminyak but very quiet as set back from the main road. The staff are fantastic, particularly having one staff member allocated to the Villa, Ayu was awesome!

Nice, clean and comfortable homestay managed by a sweet couple with a youthful spirit. This property is in a quiet alley, located just off one of the main roads of Seminyak. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away and there are shops and plenty of restaurants all around. The owners provide free water and coffee and also cooking facilities. Plus they will help you out if you want to rent a scooter. I hope I can return to Bali sometime soon, and when I do, I will head straight to this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Dean’s Villa in Seminyak. This 3-bedroom villa, each with its own en-suite bathroom with air-conditioning was a home away from home. The clean, decently sized pool was perfect for our kids to enjoy daily. The location was ideal, just across the road from the famous Bintang supermarket, making it easy to get whatever we needed. Despite having a kitchen, we rarely used it because of the abundant food choices nearby. The villa was spotless, with daily cleaning service. It was also far enough from the main street to avoid noise and felt very safe. Dean’s attention to our needs was impeccable, he could help with anything we asked for. Thanks for allowing us to stay! We are sad to be ending our holiday.

As soon as you enter the front porch, a feeling of enchantment fills your body. Lovely decoration, done with taste and attention to details. The villa is perfectly located, just a skip and a jump from the beautiful venue La Favella, walking distance to all the nearby shops, cafes, beaches etc. The villa is equipped with sufficient facilities to make your stay enjoyable. What makes the villa even more special was the outstanding service provided by Bali Villa solution. Their entire staff were absolutely adorable. Amongst them, Lia who was mainly taking care of us was always there for us, providing us with a prompt and efficient assistance in such a dedicated and friendly manner that we were sincerely touched all the way. We would of course highly recommend the villa for anyone looking for a charming place, central but also super quiet.

breakfast was amazing. 1 restaurant at each end of the hotel. buffet with fresh fruit, local balinese dishes , with all of the usual breakfast fare as well . Thoroughly delicious, always left stuffed. great location for walking to beach, shops or restaurants. great firm mattresses, very comfy.
