Out stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful as it exceeded out expectations! I just wished we had booked a few more day to enjoy the stunning pool area and beautiful rooms We booked a 60 min massage which was amazing. The therapist was very professional and the Spa area and room was beautifully appointed and very relaxing.

The Ridge Bali is a short drive from downtown Ubud and they have a free shuttle service to drive you there and back so it's very convenient. Generally speaking, the entire staff has been absolutely amazing, always going the extra mile to make sure our stay remained memorable. Very spacious room, high ceiling, sunny with a panoramic view of Ubud which was super nice! There are actually only 2 rooms so everything is very personalised. Mr. Gungtra and his wife are always here to help and they can tell you all about Bali culture, if you want to get to know more about Balinese life, it is the perfect place! You can definitely trust Mr Gungtra to organise transport and excursion for you at a very reasonable price (i got quoted 30% more at other guesthouses for transportation to the same area). Breakfast was fantastic as you eat it at your own patio and was set up very nicely.

It was all amazing not just accommodation but an experience. The grounds were amazing, the pools, the people all of it This is what my daughter said, it was a present for her 21st waking up here. I booked her the Guarda House for 1 night and she said it was an unforgettable experience

Staff were friendly, helpful and amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was great. Pool was good, floating breakfast was a highlight. Boys took us into town on scooter. Highly recommend. We now have an Ubud Villa d'uma family. Thankyou for a great Bali experience.

Marie and everyone at the property was very friendly, helpful and responsive to our requirements. Marie and her husband helped to provide us with support in organising activities we wanted to do during our time in Bali. The location is really good for travelling to all the sight seeing spots in Bali, centrally located and in a very quiet and peaceful part of Ubud away from any rush or traffic. The area felt very safe even at night. Breakfast provided as required and very good. Room and Villa cleaned as required or if you did not require it you could also inform them of this. Airconditioned room, small kitchenette with sink and kettle and fridge.

Well maintained, clean and homely space for relaxing. Free of mozzies and beautiful space! Dewa was a wonderful host who went out of the way to make our stay comfortable for us. He even helped to adjust the height of the steps to a room to help my elderly parents walk up and down with ease. His warm smile and hospitality is just awesome! His staff were amazing in their service too!
