The location, the facilities are incredible and staff impeccable. Thank you to all of them. The hotel is elegant, well-furnished, and modern. The location is excellent, close to the Monkey Forest and many shops and restaurants. The swimming pool is large, clean and beautiful. We attended the Thursday evening dinner and Balinese dance and enjoyed an excellent performance. The staff were gracious, very friendly, helpful and eager to please. The breakfast was delcious.

We stayed in villa with a valley view and it was amazing. Such a relaxing place with beautiful view. Staff are amazing , so kind and always with big smiles , food so good and so clean facility. Don’t forget to try spa. It is very central , close to Monkey forest and art market and markets and restaurants. What I liked most, they bring bed time stories every night which is so thoughtful and feels good to read them before sleep. Keep it up excellent service.
