Where to start? This was simply excellent in every respect. Whilst I thought this guest house was a little pricey, the memories will remain long after the bill has been paid. Tina made me feel very welcome indeed and put me in a lovely room. Killarney can be a vibrant town but my room was very quiet. The bed, pillows and linen were just so comfortable. The room was so elegant, beautifully furnished and in keeping with the essence of Foley’s Townhouse, which to me, is quiet, refined elegance. The location is perfect. The staff are so lovely, quiet, efficient, friendly and just so good at what they all do, a huge credit to themselves and Foley’s. The breakfast was simply fabulous. A cooked to order full Irish for me but a lovely continental buffet as well. In summary……fabulous and well worth every penny!

We stayd in family suite. The room looked like queen’s bedroon in an old castle - we were very exited because of the old style. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel if you travel with kids to experience something different.

The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable and Internet worked well. The food in the bistro was great and service was good. The breakfast room was wonderful with great buffet choices and an opportunity to special order items from the kitchen. The hotel is in the edge of the Killarney National Park and the lake is beautiful.

Located just 1.5 km from Killarney High Street, Gleann Fia Country House offers guests e car charging and free parking. Located on the river Deenagh with acres of wild garden.
