Great location right on the ganges, with amazing views from the room balcony and the rooftop restaurant. Staff were great, particularly in the restaurant and the travel organiser. Efficient pick up from the train station and help carrying bags on the 20 minute walk to the hotel.

We loved the location on the river. The hotel is older but it is spotlessly clean. The service from the hotel staff was excellent. The food at the restaurant was really good also. We had a situation with our flights being cancelled and needed a solution to get us to Pushkar. Ajay worked really hard to get it done and by the end of the day we did make it to Pushkar. We had the hotel arrange an all day walking tour of Varanasi and the sunrise boat ride on the Ganges. Both were fabulous. The prices were fair also. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
