Stunning hotel, attention to detail is exceptional. Attentive, polite and super professional staff went above + beyond. Beautiful fresh flowers everywhere! Incredible art and design. Lovely pool area and spa, an oasis in the heart of Mumbai. Fantastic breakfast selection. Generous room size with huge windows overlooking city. ITC Grand central stay was one of the finest stays we ever had. this is a par excellence hotel. the hospitality right from the entry was very warm. Staff was very cordial. we were going to miss breakfast because of early checkout at 7, but the receptionist made sure some form of breakfast is available at 6:30 am. Little things like these made the stay much better. They have parking space on their own property,

Can't fault the apartment.It was cleaned regularly,had everything you could need for a comfortable stay,the area is buzzing with street food, restaurants and taxis to take you north/south.There are supermarkets nearby,a shopping mall plus plenty small clothes shops.The food outlet next to the entrance makes amazing Bombay toasties and an outdoor barbers is 90 seconds away.
