I had a chance to stay in this hotel many days & enjoy a kind attitude from staff of that Hotel. Everything is nice, clean & new there: furniture, bed’s stuff (soft mattress and pillows), washroom’s stuff (the towels new, soft and smell fresh). There is a nice bar with friendly bar tenders, kind attitude, fast service and yummy drinks🍹! They have a big menu includes Indian and European food. Chefs can cook for you even Mediterranean yummy food, as well! 🥗 There is a convenient location. So close to Kovalam beach where you can enjoy brizz and beautiful view of the sea. Breakfast buffet was great. Their dosa, vada, paratha & rice were excellent. Fulchand from the restaurant staff was so supportive & his food suggestions were splendid. Moreover the whole restaurant staff made our dining experience enjoyable. Furthermore the whole staff here is great & Gautam was so supportive on arranging taxis. And the lady who serviced our room had done a great job.

The friendly attitude of the staff and their dedicated enthusiasm to ensure every aspect of my short stay was catered for. In particular Ram who sorted out my stay and all my requests prior to my arrival. Sriavani at the desk who efficiently dealt with my requests whilst at the property. John and Madhan who were always present when i needed assistance with local amenities. Samir in the restaurant was a great assistance in helping my choices with the local cuisine and attentive to my needs throughout the meals. Sameri was always willing to assist if i had any questions. All in all it was like visiting friends and family who all showed empathy and professionalism throughout my short stay. THANK YOU
