It was an wonderful experience being in NK grand park hotel on the day of my arrival abroad. The staffs were friendly and professional. The rooms are so nice, well maintained and clean. ACs seems new and the cooling was nice. Comfortable bed. Water heaters are of high quality, providing enough hot water with good water pressure. The caretaker is very nice gentleman, supportive and friendly. Private car parking is available inside the gate so safety for vehicle. Overall it is a very nice property.

The included breakfast was a good way to start the day. The restaurant has good menu and good prices. The hotel is well staffed. Edwin a staff member who is ok with English was an asset. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport.
