I had a wonderful stay at KB Marina Park. The hotel offers a great view and is conveniently located near the main attractions in Chennai. The customer service was excellent — every staff member was warm, welcoming, and ready to help. A special mention to the manager, Moorthy, who was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. I’m more than happy to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chennai.

I was stayed in hotel.. Luxury and very neat cleaning the room and bathroom.. Room surrounding floor area very quiet place.. Much Better than safest hotel.. Staff is very helpful persons.. Very good maintenance...

Broadlands is an institution. It has been around for decades, and is still going strong. I have stayed here twice before some 25 and 30 years ago. Back in the days we heard about this place as soon as we arrived in India and met other travellers who had been there. I have NO IDEA how it could possibly 'fall' out of the latest edition of Lonely Planet. It is a backpacker and seasoned budget travellers place though and far from luxury, but it's friendly and welcoming. Modern day hostels can wait until another city. The exterior is showing its age, but hay, 2 years with covid hasn't done anybody a favour! Travellers have started trickling in, and hopefully it will be funds to freshen up the iconic baby blue and white paint soon. Rooms are kept fine though, and have good led lights. And the WiFi is SUPERB. Best WiFi I have had during my 6 months in India. Finally I could book flight tickets and catch up online. ...and yes, they still have the chai boys that bring you tea or coffee in flasks and breakfast in the morning.

It was neat and clean, no problem with sheets, bed, washrooms, internet. It has all basic amenities, if you are coming for work and want to stay for 2 nights it is good and value for money to stay well connected. Near the beach, Egmore railway station, MAS railway station, anna square.

Overall, everything that one can expect during my stay in the hotel was excellent . This location is best for those who are going Balaji Tirupati. Just 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel is new. Very, very clean, which is my main concern always. The staff are incredibly nice and responsive. They were willing to help with everything immediately. In all, for the money I paid I could not believe that I got such a clean room with nice bed and sheets and pillows. It is really more than worth the money.The room is small, very small but I was there basically to spend a night. Even in such a small room they had water, tea kettle and tea. And a small cupboard built in. Everything worked well and if it did not, the staff fixed it right away very courteously. I suggested when I left that they have a folding chair given how small the room is--there was not chair but a very big bed. They had already ordered chairs they said. I was content. I could sit on the bed and work too.

It was surprisingly silent even though it is located in a pretty busy area. I was on the 3rd floor in a nice pretty newly renovated room a newer very nice bath. It was very clean and comfortable. Super well located with lots of restaurants and eateries around and different bus stops to any part of the city. And close to the main station as well. It felt super safe for a single female traveller since it was so lively until late in the evening. Very friendly and helpful staff. Check in and check out is exactly 24h. So if you check in at 5pm your check out time is also 5pm on your departure day. Which is great! Extremely good value for money would definitely stay again when in Chennai.
