The location was great. The nearest ghat (Ramghat) was closer than I thought. The hotel was right on the main street that leads us to har ki paudi, which was only 500 m away. The room was clean and the staff was respectful and helpful.

Everything at Amrit Bhawan was perfect- right from the beautiful setting beside the Ganga, the well-appointed room (and the view of the river from our room), to the generous breakfast with an excellent selection and what really made it perfect, was the staff. Always warm, attentive and gracious . Sunil the manager was always quick to respond and gave us some great suggestions for visiting Haridwar sights.
